2.   Copy of the first page of your passport and Copy of the most recent Schengen visa with Stamps.
3.   Atleast 3 Months Valid Passportd after the end of the planned journey.
4.   Confirmation letter of the company in India explaining the purpose and duration of the journey and the guarantee to cover all costs that may arise during the stay in Belgium (on Business       letter head )
5.   Invitation letter and Hotel confirmation from Belgian Company mentioning the Period and Purpose of Visit.
6.   2 recent Photographs size 35mm X 45mm white background with 80% face cover.
7.   Tax paper's of last 3 years.
8.   Need last 3 months Salary slips and Last 3 Months updated bank statement with the Seal and Signature.
9.   Copy of travel insurance valid in Belgium (and other Schengen countries), coverage minimum 30.000 Euro or equivalent amount in Rupees. 10. Confirmed Return Flight Ticket.

4) Workpermit Visa :

1.   Application form.[ Download FORM ]
2.   The passport should be valid at least 12 Months when applying ,should contain at least one double blank page reserved for visas(blank front and back).
3.   Two application forms, signed and dated by the applicant.
4.   Covering letter from the company.
5.   Medical report which the applicant done from the Panel doctor.
6.   Insurance for first 90 days with sign of the applicant.
7.   Your original work permit/training permit obtained by the Belgium-based employer, or his representative, from the regional employment service which covers the employers place of       business (VDAB, FOREM or ORBEM). If the applicant is exempt from the work permit/training permit the relevant certificate should be provided.Researchers at a Belgium university are        advised to take up this matter with their tutor beforehand.
8.   A Police Clearance Certificate for the past 1 year. This document is valid only 6 Months from the date of issue. In case you resided in a foreign country during the past 1 year, you should       moreover submit a Police Clearance Certificate issued by the relevant authorities of that foreign country (*).
9.   Depending on circumstances, complementary documents, such an invitation letter from the Belgian company or a dispatch letter from the company in UK providing additional information       about the goal of the trip, may be demanded.
