1) Business Visa :

1.   Passport valid for 6 Months (Copy of the Passport - 2 copies of first page and last page on seperate page).

3.   Visa form must be signed in blue ink pen only along with passengers mobile number.
4.   Two Recent Photographs on white background, size - 35mm x 45mm with 80% face cover (Photographs should not be old for more than 6 Months).
5.   Original Invitation letter notarized from Brazil in English and in Portuguese with CNPJ registration number with full details [brief history about co. name of PAX and       designation and purpose of visit with day to day schedule].
6.   Covering Letter on Company Letter Head with full details [brief history about name of PAX and designation and purpose of visit with day to day schedule].
7.   Proper E ticket with ticket number Itinerary won't do.
8.   Personal Income Tax Papers of last 3 years with notrazation and Attestation from Home Department.
9. Updated Bank statement for the last 6 months with bank seal & signature.
10. While traveling to Brazil, applicant has to carry the yellow fever vaccination.

2) Tourist Visa :

6.   Covering Letter and Leave letter from Company.
7.   Hotel Confirmation.
8.   Return Ticket with ticket number.
9.   Personal Income Tax Paper of last 3 years with notarization and Attestation from Home Department.
10. Updated Bank statement for the last 6 Months with applicant's name, account no. with bank Seal & Sign.

3) Workpermit Visa :

1.   Visa Application Form, back to back, filled and signed[ DOWNLOAD FORM ].
2.   PaPassport valid for 6 Months (Copy of the Passport - 2 copies of first page and last page on seperate page).

4.   Two Recent Photographs on white background, size - 35mm x 45mm with 80% face cover (Photographs should not be old for more than 6 Months).
5.   Covering letter on Company Letter Head.
6.   Original Police Clearance Certificate.
7.   Original invitation letter should be both in English and Portuguese language or copy of contract with process number and date of publication.
8.   Return ticket with airline stamp.
9.   Health certificates [if stay is over 180 days].
10. Approval for work permit from Brazil immigration.
11. Letter from the Indian Company addressed to the Consulate requesting for visa.
12. For Children below 7 years, polio vaccination certificate is required.
13. A person under 18 years of age not travelling with both parents or legal guardian(s) must provide a Notarised Form (available at Consulate) of consent signed by the       non accompanying parent or guardian, attested by Mantralaya. The Consulate will then legalised the document. A Fee of Rs. 1200/- will be charged in the form of Pay       Order (Mumbai) / Demand Draft payable at Mumbai in the name of "Consulate General of Brazil."
