1) Business Visa :

1.   Online Visa Application Forms filled and signed.
2.   Valid Passport at least minimum for 06 Months (2 copies of first page & last page on a separate pages).
3.   Appointment letter
4.   Two Recent Photographs 35mm x 45mm with white background, 80% Face should be seen Clearly (Photographs should not be old for more than 6 Months).
5.   Covering letter with Pax name, Passport Number, Date of Travel, Place of travel with Purpose of travel on the Letter Head addressing to "the Consulate General of the Peoples       Republic of China, Mumbai" or "The visa officer, Consulate General of China Mumbai" with Company Seal.
6.   Confirmed ticket not mandatory.
7.   Invitation letter or Fax copy of Invitation with Fax number and sent date & time from China with seal and signature addressing to "Consulate General of the Peoples Republic of       China, Mumbai".
8.   Chinese Company's Registra Copy
9.   Hotel Confirmation not mandatory.
Note :
☛  Passport issued in Maharashtra and Karnataka will accept at China consulate Mumbai and others has to apply in Delhi Embassy.No urgent visa will be issued to foreign passport holder.

2) Tourist Visa :

1.   Online Visa Application Forms filled and signed alongwith Appointment letter.
2.   Valid Passport for 6 Months (Copy of the Passport - 2 copies of first page on a separate sheet, one copy of last page).
3.   Two Recent Photographs 35mm x 45mm with white background, 80% Face should be seen (Photographs should not be old for more than 6 Months).
4.   Covering letter Covering letter with Pax name, Passport Number, Date of Travel, Place of travel with Purpose of travel on Letter Head addressing to the "Consulate General of the       Peoples Republic of China", Mumbai with Company seal.
5.   Confirmed ticket.
6.   Personal Original Bank Statement with minimum balance of Rs. 1,50,000.00 with Bank Seal and authorised signature.
7.   Hotel Confirmation.
8.   Details of Day-to-Day Scheduled.
