5.   Return Tickets with ticket number.
6.   Invitation letter from ghana and copy of the passport of the person who signs the invitation.
7.   Yellow Fever copy and original.
8.   Applicant need to take the Yellow fever vaccination for travel.
9.   Income tax paper for 3 years and Bank Statement for 6 Months in original with passenger name and account number.
10. Two copies of first page on a separate sheet, one copy of last page.
