1) Business Visa : 1. Original Visa Application Forms filled and signed and should be on seperate pages. 2. Visa Application form with proper details (Contact No and email ID). 3. Passport Valid for 6 Months (Colour Copy of the Passport - 2 copies of first page on a separate sheet, one copy of last page). 4. Two Recent Photographs 35mm x 45mm with white background, 80% face (Photographs should not be older than 6 Months). 5. Covering letter on company Letter head also mention employee joining date. 6. Invitation letter from Israel in Hebrew Language with name and passport number. 7. Return confirm ticket. 8. Job Appointment Letter. 9. Overseas Medical Policy. 10. Original of last 3 months Personal Bank statement with minimum balance of Rs.30,000.00 with Bank Seal and Sign. 11. Hotel confirmation.
