1. Original Visa Application Forms filled and signed and should be on seperate pages. 2. Hand Written Application form 3. Passport valid for 6 Months (Copy of the Passport - 2 copies of first page and last page on seperate page). 4. Covering letter (on BusineS letter head ). 5. Invitation letter from Italy with name & designation of the person who signs the Invitation. Invitation should have a guarantee the clause is as : The Italian business operator must include a declaration to the effect that he is aware of the nature of penal responsibility he assumes in case the foreigner he has invited, sponsored or guaranteed, violates Italian immigration laws. 6. For Proprietor - Required Company and personal Bank Statement. 7. For Proprietor - Required Company's ITR-5. 8. For Proprietor - Required Company's Registration Copy. 9. Chambers of commerce registration certificates from the Italian Company with the name of the invitee & the name of the person who has sign the invitation. 10. Photographs size 35mm X 45mm white back ground with 80 percent visible face & not older than Six Months. 11. Tax paper's of last 3 years. 12. Last 6 Months updated bank statement with the Seal and Signature. 13. Last 6 Months salary slips with seal. 14. Travel Insurance. 15. Overseas Mediclaim policy (The travel insurance Policy must be atleast minimum 15 days). 16. Return Ticket. 17. Invitee Host ID copy with hotel details or hotel confirmation. Note : ☛ Time taken 5 to 7 working Days. ☛ If passport issued out of Maharashtra, Bangalore, Gujarat, A.P., Hyderabad, Chennai, Goa, M.P., then required 4 additional proof of stay i.e Leave and License Agreement, Telephone Bill, Electricity Bill, Letter from the Bank about applicant's address, Gas bill. ☛ VFS will take submission if departure is showing after 10 days.The consulate will accept the application only if pax is traveling after 10 days. ☛ Indian citizens applying a Schengen visa will have to present at VFS to provide biometric data (fingerprints and digital photography). The subsequent application to a Schengen Countries (after the first application effective 02 Nov 2015) for next 5 years, need not appear in person for biometric./ Nevertheless it has to be underlined that in case of reasonable doubt regarding the identity of the applicant, the consulate shall collect again fingerprints within the 5 year period specified above. The Database of all Biometric (photos & finger print) will be store for 5 years only.
