Two Recent Photographs, 35mm x 45mm with white background, 80% face (Photographs should not be older than 6 Months). 4. Covering letter on company letterhead addressing to the 'SOUTH AFRICAN CONSULATE GENERAL MUMBAI'Exact Travel dates, Passport Number, . 5. Invitation letter with passport no., designation, purpose of travel and date of travel and proper address CTC number of the South African company and person who signs his name and designation.copy of identity card the person who sign the invitation it should be attested by commissioner of Oath and attested with dates and valid for 3 Months. 6. Inviation letter signatory's Goverment Photo identy copy attested by the Commission of Oaths in South Africa. 7. Updated Bank statement of the last 6 Months with Seal and Sign. 8. Hotel Confimation. 9. Return ticket. Invitation letter from South African company. 6. Employment agreement copy from south African company. 7. Original PCC from passport office. 8. Original Medical report & radiology report. 9. Experience certificate. 10. Qualification certificate. 11. Latest Payment slip for 3 months.
