1. Business Visa

1. Passport valid for more than 6 Months (full passport copies of old & new). 2. One visa forms, should be print back to back and to be filled with blue ink pen with Applicant email id and mobile number mentioned on it. 3. Two Recent Photographs 35mm x 45mm with face 80% white background & without border (Photographs should not be old for more than 6 Months and not previously used in a visa). 4. Company Covering Letter with employee details like date of joining, CTC, designation, Travel dates, Passport No. letter Addressed to The Consulate General of Spain, Mumbai. 5. Invitation Letter (Language - English and Spanish with the Addressed to The Consulate General of Spain, Mumbai) designation, Travel dates, Passport No. letter. 6. Hotel Confirmation. 7. Confirmed Return ticket covering all the sectors. 8. Original Bank Statement for the last 6 Months, with seal and signature on all pages - 9. Pay slips for the last 3 Months. 10. Income tax papers for the last 3 years. 11. Copy of the PAN Card. 12. Medical Policy should be valid for more 15 days after their arrival in India. 13. Need Biometric Letter , Filled and Signed - SWORN and Auhthorization Letter. Note : ☛ Time taken 12-15 Working Days. ☛ Visa Submission Time : As per appintment ☛ Indian citizens applying a Schengen visa will have to present at VFS to provide biometric data (fingerprints and digital photography). The subsequent application to a Schengen Countries (after the first application effective 02 Nov 2015) for next 5 years, need not appear in person for biometric./ Nevertheless it has to be underlined that in case of reasonable doubt regarding the identity of the applicant, the consulate shall collect again fingerprints within the 5 year period specified above. The Database of all Biometric (photos & finger print) will be store for 5 years only. There are certain exemptions as follows: ☛ Children under 12 Age ☛ Persons for whom the collection of fingerprints is physically impossible ☛ Sovereigns and other senior members of a royal family, Heads of State and members of the national Governments with their official delegations and spouses) if they travel for official purposes.

2. Tourist Visa

Personal Covering letter (If Occupation is Business covering letter should be on letterheads if employee on plan peper) with designation, Travel dates, Passport No. letter Addressed to The Consulate General of Spain, Mumbai. 5. Original Leave letter from company in case of company employee with the signature and seal of the Company. 6. Hotel Confirmation. 7. Return ticket. 8. Original Bank Statement for the last 6 Months, with seal and signature on all pages 9. Salary slip for the last 3 Months. 10. Income tax papers for the last 3 years. 11. Copy of the PAN Card. 12. Medical Policy should be valid for more 15 days after their arrival in India. 13. Copy of Marriage Certificate if wife accompanying and kids require original Birth certificate. 14. All the documents should show travel date after 8 to 10 working days. 15. Need Biometric Letter , Filled and Signed - SWORN and Auhthorization Letter.
