Invitation letter from the Turkey, Adressed to The Consulate Generale Turkey, Mumbai, with Passport number, Exact Travel dates. 4. Hotel confirmation. 5. Salary Slip for last three months. 6. Details Covering letter with sign & seal from the company(Brief Company details) Adressed to The Consulate Generale Turkey, Mumbai, with Passport number, Exact Travel dates, Expense will be born by the Company. 7. Copy of the Passport (2 copies of first page on a separate sheet, one copy of last page). 8. Salaried Bank statement for 6 months in original with PAX name and A/c no , bank seal & sign on all pages with the minimum balance of Rs. 1,50,000.00. 11. Return ticket. 12. Notarized Copy of Chamber of Commerce or Indian Company registration attested by the Mantralaya. Note : ☛ Application will be submit with the gap of 14 working days in Normal. 7 Days Gap in the Premium Loung. |

Two Recent Photographs, 35mm x 45mm on white back ground and 80% face should be seen (Photographs should not be older than 6 Months). 4. Hotel confirmation. 5. Leave letter from Company with Seal and Sign in Original. 7. Copies of the Passport (2 copies of first page on a separate sheet, one copy of last page). 8. Salaried Bank statement for 6 months in original with PAX name and A/c no , bank seal & sign on all pages with minimum balance of Rs. 1,50,000.00. 9. Insurance not mandatory. 10. Return ticket. 11. Notarized Copy of Chamber of Commerce or Indian Company registration and GAD from mantralaya.
