1. Visa Application form. 2. Valid passport for the last 6 Months. 3. Two Recent Photographs (4x6) Background should be white (Photographs should not be older than 6 Months). 4. Recent medical check up report from Doctors. 5. An approval letter from Yemen Foreign Affairs authorities. 6. A copy of round trip ticket by Yemeni airlines must be attached to the application. 7. Copy of the Passport (2 copies of first page on a separate sheet, one copy of last page) 8. Chamber Of Commerce letter. 1. Visa Application form. 2. Valid passport for the last 6 Months. 3. Two recent Photographs(4+6) Background should be white (Photographs should not be older than 6 Months). 4. Copy of the Passport (2 copies of first page on a separate sheet, one copy of last page) 5. To submit the paper through an authorized Travel Agency of that country where visa issuing consulate is situated. 6. To submit the details of travelling group containing their Name, Nationality, Age, Passport No, and Date & Palace of issue. 7. To submit a paper that clarify that group Visa will take place through a Yemenite travel agency. 8. They should be the citizen of that country where visa issuing Embassy or Consulate is situated and they were staying in that country. 9. No of them was prohibited from the entry of Yemen. 10.
