1) Business Visa :

1.   Original Visa Application Forms filled and signed and should be on seperate pages.
2.   Valid passport (Copy of the Passport - 2 copies of first page and last page on seperate page).
3.   One duly filled Visa Application Form with barcode for online application [Download Form] along with 2 copies of declaration form.
4.   Two Recent Photographs on white background, Passport size with 80% face cover( Not Older than 6 Months).
5.   Covering letter on company letter head.
6.   For Proprietor - Required Company and personal Bank Statement.
7.   For Proprietor - Required Company's ITR-5.
8.   For Proprietor - Required Company's Registration Copy.
9.   Invitation letter.
10. Copy of the Salary Slip for 3 Months (Applicant Visiting for the first time have to carry salary slip for 3 months, appointment letter from the current company and educational       certificates.)
11. Copy of the Income Tax Papers's for 3 years.
12. the original Bank Statements of last 6 Months.
13. Letter from applicant to VFS about the passport to be couriered to address and contact number.
14. Overseas Mediclaim policy valid for all schengen countries (The passenger has to Sign on the Insurance Policy).
15. Return ticket.

2) Tourist Visa :

1.   Original Visa Application Forms filled and signed and should be on seperate pages.
2.   Valid passport with validity last 6 months (Copy of the Passport - 2 copies of first page on a separate sheet, one copy of last page).
3.   One duly filled Visa Application Form with barcode for online application [Download Form] along with 2 copies of declaration form.
4.   Two Recent Photographs on white background, Passport size with 80% face cover( Not Older than 6 Months).
5.   Personal Covering letter with complete travel itineriry.
6.   Leave letter from Company(In case of an employee) and No-objection certificate of school or university (if student).
7.   Income Tax Return (ITR) form or Form 17 (Certificate of Income Tax deducted at the source of salary).
8.   Original Bank Statements of last 3 Months with sufficient funds.
9.   Copy of the Salary Slip for 3 Months.
10. Overseas Mediclaim policy (The passenger has to Sign on the Insurance Policy).
11. Return ticket.
12. If employed: Payslips of the past three months / employment contract and If self-employed: Certificate of Proprietorship or other proof of ownership (proof of land title, proof of       income from agriculture (sales form) etc.).
13. Letter from applicant to VFS about the passport to be couriered to address and contact number.
14. Hotel Confirmation.
15. Residential Proof - Marriage certificate, birth certificate of children, death certificate of spouse, ration card if applicable .
16. If sponsored by somebody from Germany for a a tourist visa then the consulate require original sponsorship letter.
17. For Minors:
    - If travelling unaccompanied by parent(s), consent letter signed by both parents & applicant.
    - Form signed by both parents.

4.   Covering letter.
5.   Invitation letter with correspondence.
6.   Copy of the Salary Slip for 3 Months.
7.   Copy of the Income Tax Papers'S for 3 years.
8.   the updated Bank Statements of last 3 Months.
9.   Appointment letter.
10. Educational Certificates.
11. Personal Profile.
12. Required Marriage Certificate along with marriage album and birth certificates of the children if wife and children accompanying.
13. Required two sets of the documents; submission between 01.00 pm to 02.00 pm Monday to Thursday and it will take minimum six weeks to process the visa.
